Update

It has been so long since I posted. Lots to catch up on.

I am being losing my job May 1. It's really hard to get up and go every day and I usually don't have much to do since they have already eliminated many of my responsibilities. I am planning on taking the summer off and start seriously looking for work in August. I want to take the opportunity to stay home with Emma this summer. I've never gotten to do that and soon she won't be interested in hanging out with mom!

Emma is practicing a piano piece for the school talent show on June 3 (her birthday). She will be playing "The Entertainer" and I am already really tired of it! She is also getting ready for 6th grade camp in May and will be going back to horse camp for a week in July. I will have a couple of really lonely weeks with no work and no Emma!

Grwoing Up TOO FAST!!!

We got Emma's school pictures last night. She is growing up way too fast for me, and not fast enough for her, of course.

Greenfield Village

Just now getting pictures up from the old car festival at Greenfield Village. Had a great time and got to see old friends. Craig's mom and sister, Wendy, came out on Saturday. Emma amused herself by making a tent. Later she took my camera into one of the gardens and took pictures of flowers. I've posted a few.

Piano Recital

Emma had her first piano recital Saturday (9/20). She was nervous, but did pretty well. At left is a photo of her with her piano teacher. I've added a video of one of the pieces she played.
